Welcome to Alameda House

The Location:
Alameda House, located at 526 S. Alameda Blvd., sits on approximately 3 acres in the middle of historic downtown Las Cruces, in Southern New Mexico. Centrally located, Alameda House is just minutes from I-10, I-25 and most businesses.

The History:
Built in 1848 on a Spanish Land Grant, Alameda House is one of the oldest historic properties in Southern New Mexico. The house pre-dates the Gadsden Purchase and New Mexico Statehood. Alameda House has been home to only 4 families in 160+ years. Two of New Mexico's notable resident owners were Major William Henry Harrison Llewellyn and Franklin Mitchell Haynor, both of whom helped to shape New Mexico's history.

The Property:
As a fully restored 8,000 sq. ft. turn of the century estate, Alameda House offers over 3 acres of lawn, patio, pool and entertaining areas. Available for corporate, political and special events, including weddings and reunions. With up to 10 guest rooms, over 3,000 sq. ft. of indoor space and parking for up to 250 vehicles, Alameda House offers a true Historic Destination Experience.
